Iryna Kopanytsia is a CEO of White Ribbon in Ukraine an international campaign against domestic violence, a woman rights activist, humanitarian and a public speaker. With a Bachelor degree in Organizational Management and MBA training in Luxury brand management (Singapore) Iryna has been engaged in GR and lobbying sector in Ukraine since 2013 in Ukraine, USA and GB, London. She participated in GR international conferences and forums in Washington DC, Istanbul, Dubai, Brussels and Kyiv. Iryna is also a former CEO of Miss Ukraine National beauty contest a franchise of Miss World in Ukraine and a successful TV presenter of numerous shows on Ukrainian TV channels. She and her mother Nadezhda Kopanytsia acclaimed human rights advocate and psychologist actively support different charities including David Lynch Foundation in Ukraine, One Hope Foundation, children hospitals and medical facilities, participated in developing a number of laws about women’ rights and orphans’ houses. They volunteered for the White Ribbon Campaign in Ukraine since its reopening in 2017 helping to advocate in Parliament of Ukraine for a new law criminalizing domestic violence and coordinating cooperation with European Parliament members and Senators on women rights. Iryna actively supported all events and projects of the White Ribbon Ukraine and joined Advisory Board as a Member in 2019. During COVID19 Iryna launched production of PPE in Ukraine assisting governmental organizations and medical facilities with needed equipment and supplies. In 2022 after the war crisis in Ukraine began she stepped in White Ribbon Ukraine campaign’s management as a CEO. White Ribbon Ukraine launched the first in Ukraine mobile application for domestic violence victims supported by the US Embassy in Ukraine and State Democracy Fund of the US as well as currently producing TV series about the heroic role of Ukrainian women during the war with Russia

Today works with raped women and children from Irpen, Mariupol, Bucha, Kherson region, with employees of municipal services, migrants from Mariupol, sew clothes and flags, nets for the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Worked with city and regional administrations of cities: Nikolaev, Kramatorsk, Slavyansk, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Bila Cerkva, Chertkov, Brovary, Boryspil, Vyshgorod.
She taught at the programs of the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, USAID, the Vidrodjennya Foundation, UN Women, Red Cross Ukraine.
Developed a certification course for teachers of Higher Educational Institutions, which was followed by several hundred teachers.
She founded the “School of Engaging Technologies”, where she teaches modern engagement technologies (participation, facilitation) for teachers of higher and secondary educational institutions, managers of commercial and state structures, conducts open trainings and master classes.

Anastasiia Kats is graphic designer with a Master of Art degree who has extensive experience in various marketing & PR, social and projects, she develops creative and technical aspects of visual communication components of the projects. Anastasiia is a founder of online branding advertising agency FindYourCreativityNeeds among her clients UNFOA, GFA Group, National Association Banks of Ukraine and others. She also has a great experience in nonprofit organizations management and volunteering including NGO White Ribbon Ukraine and International Foundation for Charity in Ukraine. Since 2016 Anastasiia has been actively involved in awareness campaigns of White Ribbon Ukraine in the Parliament of Ukraine, U.S. Embassy and America House. She took part in art exhibitions dedicated to women rights in Kyiv and Mariupol, as well as annual White Ribbon Days in Ukrainian Parliament. Anastasiia creates branding, design and merchandise for White Ribbon Campaign.

Maryana Samarska is an experienced PR and SMM manager. She graduated with a degree in Tourism management and Guide-interpreter and diplomas in Was graphic design, fine art, video art, marketing and SMM. Maryana provided design services for numerous clients from different industries:
jewelry, furniture, culinary, real estate, auto service companies, advertising agencies, publishers, design studios and nonprofit organizations including White Ribbon Campaign in Ukraine and USA. Maryana is a part of White Ribbon Ukraine team as SMM manager, her responsibilities include: SMM, drawing public attention to the problem of domestic violence through social media; engagement public figures and celebrities in awareness campaigns; collaborations with national Ukrainian and international nonprofit organizations,
foundations, government agencies, representatives of business sector, press and media.
